Cancelling is free at any point. The site stays online to the end of the month or the year you have paid for, then comes down, and your web address is transferred to you at no charge. That is section 6 of the terms.
What happens next.
You pay
Card payment in Canadian dollars through Stripe. The invoice comes to you by email, with our VAT number and the tax note. Use the same email address as your mockup, so we know which site to put online. If someone else pays for you, write to [email protected] with your business name.
We put it online
We point your web address at the site, fit the certificate and set you up for Google. Live within a week of your payment, often much sooner.
Your site is live
Every change after that is included. Send the new prices or hours and they are up, usually the same day.
